Signing on to NetTeller

  • Go to First National’s web site – www.1nbank.com
  • Click on NetTeller login
  • Enter NetTeller ID
  • Enter NetTeller Password
  • Click “Login”

When you first log into NetTeller, you will be prompted to change your Password to a new 6 to 8 character alphanumeric code.

Enable Password Self Reset Feature – This will allow you to reset your own password online.

  • Click “Options”.
  • In the “Personal Question” field, create a question to which only you know the answer.
  • In the “Personal Question Answer” field, enter the answer to your chosen question. (ANSWERS ARE CASE SENSITIVE.)
  • Click “Submit”.

Home Page Review

NetTeller - Displays your account listings on the home page and gives you the option to view First National's Interest Rates.
Click on the "Select Activity..." drop down menu for the following options:

  • Transactions - This will show you the current account you are viewing, the current balance, available funds (which includes bounce protection if you have it), and a list of the transactions for that account. It also provides the drop down menu "View Transactions Since" so you can choose how far back you would like to view.
  • Download - You can download your bank information from NetTeller to another software program such as Quicken® or Quickbooks®. First National is registered with Inuit’s Quicken/Quickbooks under the name of FNB Chester County.
  • Statements -
    • Existing NetTeller customers can view up to 12 months of prior statements.
    • New NetTeller customers can begin viewing statements starting with the first processed statement after NetTeller is set up.
  • Stop Payments - You can request a stop payment on a check that has not yet been presented for payment.
  • Transfers - You can transfer funds from account to account at FNB. These transfers can be set up to be a one time transaction or recurring, such as weekly, bi-weekly, semi-monthly, or monthly.
  • Prior Day - Shows your Available Balance, Collected Balance, and Ledger Balance at the close of the previous business day.

BillPay - Gives you the ability to pay your bills online. You have the ability to sign up for this service right on NetTeller. Click the “BillPay” tab and follow the directions on the screen.

Options - Change your NetTeller ID or Password, pseudo account name, or e-mail address. You can also set up alerts that will notify you of when a specific check has cleared your account, or other account activity.
